Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Breeze is the perfect place to celebrate your love with a ceremony and wedding reception. This venue has the ocean and a wonderful indoor facility.
For this bridal bouquet we used white hydrangea, white roses and white calla lillies finished with a touch of babies breathe.
The colors for thi wedding was yellow and blue. We used yellow hydrange and blue hydrangea the accented with a polka dot inspired look, enhanced with yellow and blue billy balls.
Corsages and boutonnieres were created using white calla lilies.
The ceremony took place under the gazebo and the groom wore his Military dress. It is always an impressive look. The aisle was adorned with yellow and white rose petals and we hung mason jars down the aisle with altromeria and babies breathe. A ceremony would not be complete without a sabre arch.
Cocktail hour took place under the veranda. The weather was warm with a gentle ocean breeze. The wonderful added bonus is that guest can enjoy this space all evening long in the comfortable lounge furniture.
The wedding reception took place inside the Ocean Breeze Conference and Catering Center.
For this bride we created yellow centerpieces using hydrangea and yellow alstromeria. They were full of color and flowing with happiness.
The wedding reception was concluded with a traditonal wedding cake and a grooms cake with an Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor is the official emblem and insignia of the United States Marine Corps.

This lovely bouquet supporting all of the color in the purple hue was created for a wedding that need to encompass all shades of purple. Floral selection included hydrangea, calla lilies, roses and highlighted focal blooms in orchids.
The bridal party bouquets we complementary to the bridal bouquet. Similar blooms and shape were important without being identical. For the bridesmaids bouquet we used purple hydrangea, roses and calla lilies.

A love for all things fall
Nothing says fall like the colors of burnt orange, chocolate and willow greens. This wedding brought the wonderful colors of the leaves falling in the fall from up north right here to Central Florida. In the north east where the bride was from there are trees from every genre. We took those tree's she had in her yard as a young child and incorporated them as the table number names. After a few pumpkin spiced lattes the design was completed.
This fall wedding took the inspiration from the North East and brought it to the southern sunshine state. When you use the colors of burnt orange, yellow and red they pop against our sunny blue skies.
The ceremony was accented with a burnt orange linen on the sand ceremony table and the fall leaves accenting the aisle was as if she was walking in a tree farm up north.
The guest were welcomed into the reception starting with leaves on the card box and yellow and red candied in a containers. Inside the reception ballroom the fall romance was continued. Instead of table numbers, names of trees were places. Floating candles were added above beautiful submerged candles. Crinkle taffeta linen representing the bark on trees was uses in a dark chocolate brown. Burnt Orange table runners added for the leaves and natural grape vine napkin rings wrapped burnt orange napkins.
As nature would have it, special VIP guests arrived. The properties peacocks.

Harry P. Leu Gardens Perfect Backdrop
Chlesea and John were married in the rose garden at Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando, Fl. The Gardens is the best place to say “I Do” in Central Florida! Garden weddings have been a tradition at Leu Gardens for many years. This beautiful venue serves as a backdrop for celebrating new beginnings. Weddings, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies are held year round.
Our photographer Cris Santoro took these images as the bride floated past all of the beautiful gardens and entered the rose garden.
We rented our new ceremony urn arch to go over the unity table. For the arch rental we used a fabric wrap with green garlands adorn with blooms to match with brides bouquet. With all of the roses in bloom in the garden and the fountains surrounding the ceremony site it was romantic and beautiful.
Cockatil hour was housed on the veranda overlooking the water. As the sun was setting the guest enojoyed drinks and appitizers proved by Arthur's Catering.
The reception dinner all took place in the Camellia Ballroom. Before the guest entered into the ballroom for dinner they had the opportunity to take fun pictures with Click! Photobooths.
These two from Soundwave were an absolute charm to work with. They had use laughing during the load in and the dance floor shaking duringn reception.

We had the honor to go to one of our favorite local Port Orange Venues for Joanne and Michaels weddings. Take a look and enjoy this beautiful wedding ceremony and reception location.
Wedding Bouquets and Details
This wedding was designed with a lot of fun times with the couple.
For the ceremony, which was held in the Port Orange Chapel in the garden, we used blush, champagne and ivory satin sashes on the pews.
The cocktail hour was held in Snow Whites cottage and the surrounding garden. We brought in high top pub tables and used a sangria satin table linen with a champagne lamour sash for a creative, romantic look.
The tavern reception is where the romance and ambiance was created. For the guest table the couple rented our champagne classic linen, sangria satin table runners, gold plate chargers, sangria satin napkins and white chair covers in spandex accented with a double wrap sangria sash. For the centerpieces we used a lush premium white hydrangea, blush accent blooms and gold stones which tied in the bride and bridesmaids bouquets.For the welcoming tables we used a champagne crushed crinkle taffeta for soft accents. The sweetheart table wedding design was everything the bride was looking for. Using a satin sangria linen, we used and overlay created with a specialty linen in gold florets, gold plate chargers, sangria napkins, white chair covers, sangria satin chair sash and mercury glass votives with glass bubble pillars and LED candles. Behind the table they choose to rent our white drape collection to frame their table for photographs.
THE ESTATE ON THE HALIFAX
The Estate on the Halifax, a 10 acre private estate with a “Variety of Venues for a Variety of Life’s Events”. We host weddings, corporate events, family reunions, anniversaries, birthday and retirement parties, quinceanera, bar/bat mitzvahs and a host of other elegant events. You may reserve The Estate exclusively (this includes The Tavern, The Chapel, The Gardens & Gazebo, Snow White’s Cottage, The Club Car and an a honeymoon night at Agatha’s Guesthouse with check out the next day) or you may select a reservation for one or more of our venues depending on your event and the time of year. There is always a lot happening here at The Estate and we always request that you contact us (386) 763-2285 if you would like to visit. We will be happy to set up a time for you to tour the entire estate and learn a bit about our history. To maintain our client’s privacy there is no access to The Estate on the Halifax without a confirmed appointment. Our newest addition to The Estate on the Halifax is The Estate House, an early 1900′s grand home, perfect when desiring a vacation home or possibly a destination wedding site.
Originally constructed as a community center in Port Orange, this historic building was built in 1897 at the northeast corner of US-1 and Church Street. In 1913, the building was moved and for the next 84 years served as the Parish Hall for Grace Episcopal Church. When the church expanded in 1997, the building was once again moved, when it was given to Douglas J. Clark.
It took 18 months to completely renovate the Chapel. The century-old heart pine boards were removed, planed down, varnished and reapplied to the walls. The stained glass windows were also replaced. The barrel ceiling above the pulpit was designed and built by Chuck Gittner. Chuck and his brother, Craig designed and built the bell tower which houses the impressive bronze bell that was cast in Baltimore, Maryland in 1893 and weighs 1,050 pounds. The toll of the bell can be heard throughout the neighborhood and signifies a rebirth for a significant building with a proud local heritage.
The Chapel has grown to become a very successful wedding venue, one of the most popular in the Daytona Beach and Halifax area. The Chapel now hosts hundreds of weddings each year.
The Tavern was originally built as a residence in the 1920′s and for many years housed the “Pink House” antique store before it was purchased by the Clark Family in the 1980′s. The building became part of the Clark estate when it was moved 100 feet to the east in 1996. Douglas Clark, with the help of Chuck Gittner, built the large southerly addition. Much of the extensive wood work was done by James “Bo” Alvis. Atlas Welding built the extensive wrought iron stairs and railings.
The Tavern was opened in 2002 and serves as banquet and reception facility for the Chapel in the Gardens. Beverage and catering services are provided in-house, exclusively.
SNOW WHITE’S COTTAGE
This beautiful little cottage was hand built in the 1930′s by an engineer who owned the property. On one of his travels around the world he married a Japanese woman and when they arrived home he designed and built the beautiful koi ponds, gardens, and cottage. During the 1950′s the cottage was boarded up and left untouched and the ponds were filled and used as garden planting areas.
In 1994 the Clark’s purchased the property and with the help of Chuck Gittner, the ponds and streams were reconstructed and the Pump House and water wheel were built. This venue is also available for weddings, receptions and events of all types. This is the perfect place for children’s parties and has a storybook setting resembling the classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarf’s tale.
The Tavern is available for corporate event, meetings, and banquets.
When you are looking at different venues to host your wedding reception in Daytona and the surrounding areas you have an abundance of options. Make sure you pick a venue that suits your needs. Trying to make it easy on everyone will be a challenge. Pick a venue that works for you first. Just know that they guest that care will make every effort to attend no matter where the location is. Many of guest travel for weddings so the location simply doesn't matter.

A basic ACA wedding ceremony starts at $1000, and includes use of ACA’s Urban Amphitheater. You may also choose to hold your reception in ACA’s Pabst Visitor Center and Gallery (ideal for parties from 100-220) or the What more Commons (ideal for parties under 90 people). Reception prices start at $3,000 (4 hour minimum). You may also choose ACA's 3-space package for $4,250 (Inlcudes ceremony in Urban Amphitheater, cocktails in the What more Commons, and the reception in Pabst Pabst Visitor Center and Gallery). All scheduled wedding receptions will be required to provide a $2,000 refundable damage deposit.

Riverside Pavillion Port Orange, Fl
The Riverside Pavilion is located on the Halifax River and can hold up to 200 people. The banquet facility is available for a wide array of functions including, Weddings and Receptions, Parties, meetings and more. This is one of the few places in Port Orange for weddings which is truly on the water. It has a great traditional Florida architecture style to the building and great water views.
