For this ceremony set up at The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Maitland, Fl just located north of Orlando we went very glam modern. The Chuppah arch was created using turquoise sparkle taffeta drapery. In the back we swagged a crystals swag with a long hanging crystal beaded curtain, then added up lights.
The aisle runner was a custom fabric and created just for this.
The chair were covered in a white spandex banquet chair cover and adorned with a plum spandex sash. It is wonderful to be able to have a ceremony inside or to have the option of a backup plan. Just ask any bride who had rain o her day. Always have a backup plan.

We created centerpieces for the MOAS for a Cinco de Mayo party hosted for the Wedding Professional s of Volusia County. We wanted this party to reflect the color pallet that is frequently seen in Mexican Pottery. The containers consisted of royal blue, guava, orange, green, white and yellow. We filled this different shaped container with succulents galore. Adding in tiny working maracas was an added party fun touch
If you love art and are looking for a unique venue to host a wedding or party add this venue for ceremony and reception to your list.

Our very own Amber married her love Justin as this charming barn in Oakhill. We were so happy to create a gorgeous bouquet filled with her favorite color yellow and her second love, all things country! This was our first time at the Big Red Barn but it lived up to it's name. Gayle is amazing!!! This barn has a charming history and has been fully restored to host weddings, events, family reunion and parties.
The trees are massive on this property and the country setting is so peaceful. There is a nice bridal suite that has air conditioning so you can be comfortable while getting ready. We really like that! Also the ac is great for your bridal bouquet.
This romantic bench is located on the side of the barn and how cute is this for a photo opportunity.
Ceremony decor for this rustic wedding was composed of the bride's favorite flowers - Sunflowers! We loved using our over sized blooms for the aisle decor. We added in babies breath for the rustic fresh garden feel and a touch of yellow roses and purple accents flowers.
These two are so cute and their children just added to the cuteness. We used a mini sunflower for the boutonniere for the groom and for the brides bouquet we created a lush country bouquet. Her bouquet started with her favorite sunflowers in petite and large, we added in the classic wedding bloom calla lily and topped her focal blooms with craspedia.
The reception area host some fun rustic furniture. The sweetheart table is a wooden crafted table with two matching wooden chairs. This table was draped for a perfect backdrop of the bride and groom once the lights we turned on in the evening.
One super awesome element of this barn is that it has an indoor kitchen with a ton of room for your buffet, cake, sweet table and fireplace area. Upstairs host a balcony and a second level with tables and chairs. This brings so many options for your event. Dinner upstairs and dancing downstairs or outside.
This naked cake was so much fun for us because were able to showcase our fresh blooms. and it was all because two people fell in love.
Justine and Amber danced the night away under the stars with a little hep from the market lights at the barn.
Big Red Barn
About the Barn
The Big Red Barn has been part of a working farm for nearly half a century, and through this era has been the site of many family parties and corporate functions. The Big Red Barn was hand built by local craftsmen around the late 1960s. Its foundation consists of creosote-treated twelve-inch pilings, which continue upward to serve as the main structural frame for the barn. It was originally built as a stable for horses, and included a small one-bedroom, one-bath residence inside the barn. The second story of The Big Red Barn housed hay for the horses. The original owner was a dedicated horseman in the truest sense of the word. In the early 2000s, the barn was re purposed to focus on the new owner's 250-acre citrus grove business. In 2014, the barn was thoroughly renovated to begin its third life as a special venue for weddings and other events.
